Returns and Exchanges
House of vesy accepts returns on ready to wear items within 5 working days of purchase, we’ll offer exchanges on the basis that the pieces are returned in good condition with no stains or tear.
Please allow 3 business days for a refund to be processed on merchandise that were received damaged.
However returns are not accepted on custom orders (be it ready to wear, or bridal), items bought on sale or at a discount are also not returnable
For all returns and exchanges, the customer will bear the delivery cost of shipping.
The customer will be responsible for ensuring that the item gets to our processing unit.
Once the item for return is received by us, we’ll acknowledge receipt and only then will we ship the exchanged item to the customer

Refund policy
House of vesy does not offer refunds but we can offer store credit for items returned in good condition within the 5 days window
